Happy Easter and Discussing PanPastels

In this hour I chat about PanPastels and show you the colors I most use. I also clarify the techniques for using the PanPastels and discuss some of the mistakes people can make with them. This was a live airing on Facebook and there are a few blurps where there was some interference in the connection. It does clear up and continue on pretty quickly.
